Caleb S. Fuller is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute and Associate Professor of Economics at Grove City College.

Scott Burns is assistant professor of economics at Southeastern Louisiana University and has also taught at Troy University and Ursinus College. He has published scholarly papers in the Journal of Regulatory Economics, Constitutional Political Economy, and The Independent Review, among others.
